Contact form
When you send the form, Cloudflare delivers your name, email address, topic and message to our company mailbox as an email, together with the time and the country your connection comes from. The website itself doesn’t keep a copy.
We use your details only to reply and to handle what you asked about, such as app support or a press request. We delete messages once they’re no longer needed, at the latest [12 months] after our last reply. If your message leads to a contract, such as a partnership, we keep what that contract and the law require.
App waitlists
When you subscribe, we store your email address, the apps you picked, the exact consent wording you saw and its version, and the time you selected Subscribe. We don’t store your IP address or device information. The list is stored in the EU.
Signup is single opt-in: we don’t send you a confirmation email or verify that you own the address. We receive one notification email with your address and the apps you picked. If you sign up again, we add any apps you newly picked; your 365 days still count from your first signup. Subscribing is voluntary and separate from browsing the site.
Your signup ends 365 days after you subscribe, or sooner if you ask to be removed by writing to email@kindofhuman.com. When it ends, we delete your email address and app choices. We keep restricted proof of your earlier consent for 365 days after that, then delete it: a keyed digest of your address, the consent version and wording, and the signup and end times. The digest is pseudonymous personal data, used only to show we had permission and never for marketing.
Website visits and cookies
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. To do that, it processes connection data such as your IP address and technical request information. We keep no request logs. The forms use your IP address briefly to limit abuse; it is never stored.
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains the security cookies Cloudflare may set.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict how we use it
- give it to you in a portable format
- stop processing based on our legitimate interests (an objection)
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or write to email@kindofhuman.com. Withdrawing doesn’t affect processing that happened before.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Poland, that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa. You can also go to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects what you agreed to on a waitlist, we’ll ask you again rather than rely on your earlier consent.
